WHAT WE FUND

To advance its mission, the F.B. Heron Foundation supports organizations that help low-income people to create and preserve wealth to help them take control of their lives and make decisions for themselves and their families.

The Foundation makes grants to and investments in organizations in rural and urban communities in the United States engaged in the five Wealth-Creation Strategies addressed by the Foundation: Home Ownership, Enterprise Development, Child Care, Access to Capital, and Comprehensive Community Development. We particularly seek organizations with a clear commitment to and track record of using data to improve impact.
